The security deposit
Half a month's rent if you stay exactly one month, with no extra days; one month's rent, without the long-stay discount, for longer stays; and between €125 and €330 for stays by the day, depending on the room and the number of nights. It covers possible damages or extra cleaning. At the end we check the room and, if everything is in order, it goes back to the same card. No agency fee.

What you need to book
A letter from your airline or training school confirming the course, training, or base transfer is enough as documentation, along with being of legal age and having your permanent home somewhere else.
